We will be running a 20-mile training run.  You don't have to go the entire 20 miles; you can turn around at anytime and go back to the starting point.

We will be meeting on the East side of the Canal on 16th St.  The starting point is the 16th St. tunnel.

At 4:30 am, we will start running North on the Canal for 30 minutes, then turn around to meet up with the 5:30 am runners.

At 5:30 am, we will start running South on the Canal.

There will be water available every 2 miles (16th St., 32nd St., 40th St., and County 14).
